I have the maintenance package on my vehicle and I am very happy with the service I receive. They remind when Im due for an oil change and always check for recalls or any additional services required at the time of my visit.

I've lived in 3 different cities since purchasing my Mustang, so I have some experience with different ford dealerships. Steele has been the best one I've dealt with so far. I moved to Dartmouth 2 years ago and have since experienced the best and worst dealership in the last few years. It's a shame the experience has to be so vastly different from dealership to dealership, but I'll gladly drive across the bridge to deal with Steele. From walking through the door to friendly people who seem to enjoy providing a positive experience to the customer to the knowledge they share about your vehicle. My most recent experience was that they were unable to diagnose an issue with my air conditioning, they recharged it and it was not covered under warranty, but they insisted on bringing the car back after injecting dye in the system to try to find a leak so that they could justify putting it through warranty so that I could be refunded. It's that kind of customer oriented experience that sets them apart from previous dealerships.
