I purchased a new RVR from this dealership and within its first year multiple rattle noises have developed in various places in the vehicle as well as a whistle coming from the drivers side window. I have brought the vehicle to the dealership multiple times now only to be told a variety of excuses that range from the whistle is just the way the wind is hitting the vehicle to that is just how the vehicle is designed. It seems as though the service departments strategy at this dealership is to just wear you down until you give up to avoid actually fixing anything. At this point I am resigned to living with these various noises in my vehicle; which is disappointing to say the least considering its relatively new age.

I have to say I have never had anything but amazing service from Jason even long after purchasing my vehicle. In the event that things arent done to our satisfaction, Jason has always made the extra effort to ensure its corrected. This is the type of service that has kept me coming back! Branden was our service advisor for the three recalls on our 2022 outlander and insured the speediest check in and check out and noted our preferred time to avoid getting caught in rush-hour traffic with an infant. He was both polite and friendly, and will definitely be a familiar and friendly face when we return.
