Walked in and was ignored by the three staff working. One made eye contact with me and still didnt greet me.

This store takes the cake for pushy and rude employees. My family member bough a dress from here and she's had nothing but problems with returns. Everything we tried to show my family member the employee would grab it out of my mother's hand to show my family member to try and make a sale. Beyond rude.

My spouse had an extraordinarily terrible experience this evening at the Halifax Shopping Centre location and has been in tears since. She was looking for a dress for an upcoming wedding and was having trouble finding a size. The associate helping her was shocked when a dress didn't fit "oh, I didn't realize you were THAT big". My spouse was caught off guard by the interaction and then while changing, overheard the 2 associates (one a senior, the other likely in her 30s) talk about why she was even in their store and that she should be shopping in a plus-size store. Though she is not a plus-size woman, anyone would be immediately crushed by hearing something like this. Most people regardless of size are very sensitive in regards to their weight or size. Though no one should ever be commenting on another person's size, at least have the decency to wait until she has left the store should you choose to act this way at all. For two associates to be making comments like this is absolutely unacceptable and we will be reaching out to both management and corporate.
