Always have loved thier sales, i always pop in casually, staff are nice, but i felt very uncomfortable I was asked about putting clothes back over the door every minute or so, i was not offered help to find sizes that fit, just felt rushed out. It made my casual browse while running errands feel like i was not important and they were just trying to get clothes back to put on the racks, It maybe a clearance sale but it doesnt have to be stressful. There were a few open dressing rooms and more staff than customers in the store...i walked out with only one item disappointed.

Bought a MK jacket here and needed my receipt to submit a warranty claim. They can ONLY look up your transaction by phone number. Whoever rang up my purchase must have put my number in wrong because nothing was coming up. The woman I was talking with was SO unhelpful. All she would say was theres nothing I can do. Any question I would ask to see my options nope. Only phone number or SKU I ended up having to call the HSC location and the woman there was wonderful! She tried looking up my name, she emailed head office with all my info, I gave her my exact time of purchase, exact transaction price, anything I could to help track my receipt. Shes even helping me submit my warranty claim with MK and everything is going smoothly. So, when youre making a big purchase, make sure the cashier puts your number in correctly, or better yet, go to HSC location because at this location no one will help you. I wish I got the womans name, but if she sounds dull and unhappy to be there, its probably her.
