Requisition for blood work was sent to wrongbplace & took me an hour to get straightened out . Good thing I had me cell phone with me. Then I found out I was supposed to have thyroid levels checked & potassium . BUT was called later & told I have to go back because she forgot to check off potassium on the request. Now.....I have to go back again in 3 weeks . Not pleased. I know I have no dr. & am grateful for help , but this has dragged on quite long & still not feeling good .

Poor experence. Boxing Day, had to go there to get something for an elderly disabled person. They were closing eay at 5:00PM. We got there just before closing. There was a male employee guarding the door letting customers out. It was explained we needed 1 item urgently from health care. Even though it was just before 5 and there were a number of customers inside he rudely refused service. I understand that it is a holiday and they want to go home early but it should not interfer with customer service. We have been very long term customers. In the future we will be going else where.

What a sham this place is. In the already failing medical system throughout the country and to an even greater degree in this province, it is beyond disappointing to have been taken for a ride by these pharmacists playing doctor. Truly, I didn't need a doctor in this case, just a pharmacist to do what they do.....prescribe medication, and even that couldn't be done. In the end, I hope that this review helps at least one individual not get involved with this racket, which will end with poorer health consequences for you, and dragged out mistruths. It will start with pleasant reception interaction and a "professional pharmacist" shell (facade) making you feel welcome and feels authentic, which then equates to dragged out time...and more time (months), then more information and more information....then records from your previous doctor...and even send you for tests (that you recommended they do)...which they pretend to understand....and in the end are not qualified for any of this....again playing doctor. All while toying with your health (dangerous game). To then tell you that they never said they were qualified and that you should go somewhere else, and not have the right to be frustrated....because they don't have time for you with their many patients. Because I must have time to waste with my demanding job that makes more than you do. What a joke. They are young, and perhaps still wet behind the ears, but surely hopeful this isn't what our future of medical "professionals" looks like. My advice to the clinic is to be honest from the start on what you are and not play with peoples lives. This is not fun and games. Unfortunately there are not many options out there in Sackville, but they do exist.
