Hip Hop Nails

I needed a simple refill. My mom used to go a while ago and we said why not. Bad decision the girl drilled my nail till you could see blood no awareness of what pain she was causing. Saw the blood and kept drilling. Then they passed me to another girl and this one drilled off my skin from my thumb and when I jumped back from the pain she gave me the rudest expression. As well my mom her nails are so bumpy, they didnt even file them properly. People if you dont listen to reviews about places pleassseeee listen to the ones about this place!!!

Got shellac nails done for Christmas. The next day my nails were peeling off. My manicure got interrupted several times as people kept coming in for waxing. Not sure if that affected my nails. I went back the next day and my nail was fixed. Within 3 days, two other nails chipped. I have never had this happen to me with shellac nails. First time doing them here so I would not recommend.

First and Last Time! I booked my appointment for 7pm and I made it clear it was an emergency as I knew they closed at 8. All I needed was an acrylic refill and 2 broken nails replaced which I also communicated when booking my appointment on the phone. I arrived for my appointment early and asked if they could replace a few more nails. The nails tech said "no" he "didn't have time". I said sure no problem. He then proceeds to take a clamp and rip my already broken nails off. Because it was so painful I asked him to soak the broken nails off instead. Again he let's me know he "doesn't have time" it's not even 7 yet since I arrived early, I'm wondering why I'm enduring this pain if he sat me in his chair he should at least make time to ensure I'm not in complete discomfort. I allow him to tug on my nails doing deep breathing as he continues to rush through the process in a very inappropriate manner. Now that we are getting to the acrylic I see the shape he is giving me is way off from what I wanted and what I came in with. The filing is uneven, the shape is off, I asked for black tips, they look like I could've done them myself. Of course I paid but the experience was horrible and I'll have to have my nails redone asap anyway. I will never go back again it was my first time and only because my usual nail salon was about to close as I work on weekends so it's impossible to squeeze the time in but I wouldn't recommend going here, I wouldn't go back no matter what the emergency and I'm really upset at how I was treated and how I left the salon. This is also the only bad Google review I've ever left for any business. That should say a lot. Don't even bother checking this place out. I'm SO disappointed!
