I have been going here for a year or so. Up until yesterday I was very happy with their service but extremely disappointed when I showed up For my 6:00 pm appointment which I made over the phone with Po. I even commented that I was happy he came back from his trip. I made the appointment because my daughter was going as well. I was reassured that my appointment was confirmed for a pedi and a fill with him. I left work early to make sure I was there on time. Once arriving they could not find my booking. The owner made me feel like it was my fault and told me they could not accommodate me. I usually don't get upset because I work in Healthcare and I am very patient and understanding of my patients but the owner was rude . It was their error not mine and Po did not even try to explain and just looked at me as if I was in the wrong. I know there are more important things in life than a nail appointment but to not even try to rectify their mistake I was put on the spot to feel I was in the wrong. Very poor customer service. I have even recommended them to others but definitely not returning. Services: Pedicure, Gel manicures
