I dont understand the negative reviews because I have been going to this nail salon on and off for years and go to Louise and have always been happy with the service here. I have also gone to Kim and she is kind and also excellent! Louise is amazing with doing any designs you want and works quick and efficient and hits every detail. I usually go for solid colours shellac but today I brought her a picture from my phone and she did an amazing job and nailed it! Shellac with some bio gel to keep my short nails strong. Just in time and ready for October theme glamour and am very happy with the results! They keep the place clean and have processes in place for Covid. Nail techs work hard so a nice tip goes along way for courtesy and respect. As for wait times, just make an appointment and then you wont have any issues. If you do walk in, then expect a small wait.They can be busy because they have loyal clientele who make appointments so they will take appointments first which we appreciate. :) Please dont believe all the negative reviews and give this place a chance. My experience at TOP NAILS today.... Absolutely 'AMAZING 'wonderful STAFF and SERVICE ! This was my first visit to TOP NAILS and I look forward to going again! I had nail extentions and a pedicure! The girls at top nails always make me look like I have new feet.Always accommodate me when I just walk in.Great at what they do!
