        Went to drive through yesterday afternoon. Not sure if system was slow but person in front of me took FOREVER to clear. Then when it was my turn, the person at window was same person making my iced capp which was not made until it was my turn at the window. This clearly slowed everything down. Then when it came time to pay, she stood there for like a minute watching her computer screen Then finally said my debit didn't go through, so I just paid cash. The wait time was much much longer than a typical wait time at Tim's, even though I just ordered a drink. I get it computer glitches happen, but entire time the girl said absolutely nothing to me, not sorry for the wait, not our system is slow, NOTHING. horrible customer service
