        Abby chose to make a coworkers order before mine... I'm a paying customer and I had to wait. I will NEVER visit this location and perhaps reduce the number of times I order from Starbucks. Clay was a delight...smiling and provided exception service.

        Its pretty hit and miss. Since the other Ancaster Starbucks closed, its been way busier, especially on weekends. You need to place your mobile order a good 15 min in advance to get it, or you can wait in the 30 min drive thru line. Staff work hard but they dont seem to ever have enough for the amount of orders that come through. Just depends on how patient you want to be.
