Two years ago I was left for 5 days with no propain because they didn't have a truck coming to Haliberton. Now because they were closed Sunday and today (Monday) was told they have no technicians working I have been out of heat for 2 days due to an issue with the furnice they installed not 4 years ago.

Sparlings Propane have been amazing for us. They provide fantastic service and excellent sales knowledge of what our home required. Large cost savings with the new efficiencies .

After Ultramar took over for Sparlings, I suggested a payment plan. However, because we used such little propane the year before, it was suggested that we opt to pay it at once. I explained being on a pension we can't do this but I will definitely pay something a month. Seemed to satisfy them at the time. I received a 2 letters and calls asking for the balance or we would not receive any further service. I called back spoke to a lady who said she had put a note on our file and we would not be getting any more letters. I have sent what we could every month. from Sept to Nov. Then in Dec I get a nasty telephone message telling me to call them right away. I spoke to Joshua and I had previously said it would be paid off by the end of Dec. He noticed the note and I confirmed it would be paid off. I also told him that because of the harassment we received Im considering another provider. Since this Donna person wants it now, there goes part of my groceries and we don't have another cheque until Jan. Good luck to us
