After ripping up some old carpet and exposing a sketchy subfloor, we wanted some professional help/guidance installing new nursery floors. Dan was responsive, helpful and professional throughout the entire process, from recommending a high-quality luxury vinyl plank flooring brand (and vendor), to answering numerous questions about levelling, and fixing loud creaks. (And even several Qs about unrelated projects!) He made the entire process easy, sealing, back-screwing and levelling the subfloor, and installing the new vinyl planks and baseboards for us. We couldn't be happier with the result of his recommendations (it's like a whole new room!) and look forward to doing the rest of our floors! Services: Remodeling, Repair flooring

Dan and the team at Pivato Contracting are professional, friendly, highly skilled and knowledgeable. They gutted and transformed our dated and dingy 20+ year old bathroom into an amazing space that was exactly what we wanted. It has become our favourite place in our house! Throughout the process, Dan was easy and quick to communicate with, and provided excellent/helpful suggestions. Once started, the renovation was completed at a steady pace. Pivato Contracting would be our first choice for other renovations we're considering, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in their services.
