PC Service On Site

I have used PC Service On Site for many years now, likely over 10 years, for both my business and my home computers. I love how personable Pete and Meredith are. Pete explains what I need in terms that are understandable. They are available when I need help, for emergencies and for simple maintenance. I am really grateful to have them as part of my business process - I have 'Peace of Mind' because of them.

I had brought my PC there some time ago and I was very impressed. I initially made contact through their website and they responded in very short order. We discussed the issues I was was having and Peter suggested fixes during our correspondence. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to resolve the issue myself. I delivered the PC and met Peter (a very nice and knowledgeable person) but unfortunately he wasnt able to fix my issue (through no fault of his own). He diagnosed the problem but due to the GPU shortage he couldnt complete the repair. Overall I was very satisfied and impressed with the friendliness and service provided! I wouldnt definitely use their device again and recommend them.

When I could not undestand why my computer and printer weren't working, I contacted Pete's Company ' PC Service On Site'. He responded quickly, and was absolutely amazing. He was professional ,quick and extremely knowlegeable . The rates are incredibly reasonable. I will definitely be a return customer after this! Thanks Pete!
