D Haaland Dr

Great doctor. Reception is another story. Cant get ahold of anyone, they send you to voicemail everytime you call. Then you leave a voicemail and no one gets back to you. I understand everywhere is busy but this is next level ridiculous

Dr.H is great but good luck getting ahold of anyone. Had an appointment made for me in September while I was out of the country I receive an email about it to which I responded saying as much, no where in the email did it say that any response would be taken as confirmation. The email indicated a choice of in person or online. After sending my response saying I was out of the country and that it would have to be online I received an automated email confirming the appointment. I then called the clinic and left a message saying I wouldnt make it in person. And to cancel if online wasnt an option. After returning home I called a few times to reschedule with no success. Met with the automated message saying they no longer take messages outside of confirmations and cancelations. Today I received a call to reschedule the appointment 4 months later and it was called a no show. I missed the call and once again cannot get ahold of them. TLDR dont respond to the email appointments if you cant make it. Short of going into the office you cannot get ahold of them.

Impossible to reach the office by telephone or email and do not respond. I don't feel informed after an appointment.

Very nice Dr with a lot of knowledge, but the receptionists are confused with appointments, very frustrating.

As someone who has spent years seeing numerous doctors and feeling unheard, Dr. Haaland was the first doctor who saw beyond treating mere symptoms and understood the big picture and complexity. He treated me with compassion and kindness, and made me feel like I have a partner in my health journey. I've never met any doctor like him, and to say it was refreshing would be an understatement. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
