Bayside Eye Care

Had a great experience at Bayside Eye Care! I get very uncomfortable with going close to my eyes but Rebecca had a great personality, made it fun and made me feel super comfortable. Dr Jacob was also very thorough in her examination, she was very vocal and explained everything in detail. She is extremely professional and has a passion for caring for her patients. Bayside Eye Clinic also seems to sport state of the art technology. I highly recommend this clinic and look forward to going back a year from now!

I had an appointment in June 2022 and realized that the prescription was very strong. After several back and forth with admin, I finally had another appointment (with a different optician) and was charged $60 for this change. That surprised me but I paid anyway. Then, with the second prescription -after several months the prescription is still uncomfortable. The prescription by the second optician was changed when I had my second visit. I will have to see a new optician when I get the chance. The bottomline is that my experience was poor and so is the prescription that I received.

This was my first visit here. Not only did they accommodate me quickly, but Dr Erin Haney was awesome. She did a very thorough exam and explained everything. Everyone I meet here was super positive and it was a happy/positive environment. They seem to have lots of high end modern equipment.

Was happy with my first assessment with Dr. Ubhi before she left. Vision therapy was quoted under my auto insurance to be provided by Dr. Haney but the administrative staff refused to ever book me with her. They bill the undesignated vision therapist as if she was the optometrist, and the admin staff change appointment times without notice. Sadly I will not receive the care I was originally promised
