I've seen multiple personal trainers in the barrie area over the years and none compare to Kat. She makes exercising feel fun and not a chore. She is always changing up the workouts, so you don't get bored. Kat is very supportive, encouraging and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

Kats workouts are dynamic, fun, but challenging. She has encouraged me and taught me so much, I'd be lost without her advice and workouts. Through the pandemic she has offered online workouts, working with the equipment she knows I have. My physical health has improved so much since starting with Kat.

Kat is amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable, authentic, and kind. Ive been going to her Mommy and Me groups for a few months now and they have made me feel so strong and confident postpartum. Her workouts are challenging, fun, and she always mixes it up. Highly recommended to anyone!
