Very disappointing and rude customer service. I went to cancel my membership and the manager said it already been done. I didnt got any email and after a month I got the call to pay the monthly gym fee. I went to the gym and they made it looked like it was my fault. I was explaining the manager whole situation and he was just smiling like I am doing a fraud. I really felt like he was judging me from my race. He was like me an Asian guy but there is always a difference between good and bad thoughts.

Update 2022: I am disappointed in the fact that the personal training room is blocked off. I have been working out here for almost 4 years now, and it had always been available. I use this room for the open space and equipment not available in other parts of the gym. I can update my review to 5 stars once it reopens to everyone! I am not sure why all of a sudden they implemented this - barely anyone went there to begin with. Great gym. Has everything you could need in a gym. Is also visually appealing.
