    My husband and I have been very impressed with the Spa and Wellness Jacuzzi store in Barrie. We walked in, shopping for a new hot tub and The sales person was Kevin and he did not disappoint. We were replacing our hot tub at our cottage and Kevin was very helpful answering all our questions, giving us a good price. We had planned on shopping around. We had already visited other stores with different brands. We were happy with price, service, delivery and follow up, to make sure we were happy with our purchase after delivery. In a day and age with hardly any companies offering service, Jacuzzi is so pleasantly the exception!! I would highly recommend both The Wellness Store in Barrie and the very reputable Jacuzzi Brand.

    From first entering the shop, to the personal phone call to help me start up the tub and add the chemicals for the very first time... Stuart has been a great salesperson to deal with! He really helps out throughout the whole process and makes it as easy as possible! Love the fact that the hot tub package includes EVERYTHING. Electrical work, stairs, cover, cover lifter, start up chemicals, smart tub, delivery.... I mean everything. Not to mention their products are top notch quality. My family and I are looking forward to using our tub for years to come. Thanks Jacuzzi Barrie! And Thanks Stuart!!

    This is an updated review. We did have some issues with our service in having a lengthy wait for a part. Regardless of why that wait happened the largest issue was the lack of communication. If we did not make the call to find out we would not have ever known. It was a little bit of a fight in the long run but thank you for making things right. We do appreciate it. Our technician was very knowledgeable and did an outstanding job. We are now back to enjoying our hot tub. Thank you!

    Bought a $55k Swim spa X Received it 3 months late, 3 separate delivery appointments canceled, one because someone drove through the drub with a fork lift day of delivery. X Received it with dents, and scratches. X Installers didn't put straight in set out position X Installers didn't finish, multiple screws sticking out. X Recived the wrong cover that was also ripped X two dials were broken and leaking once filled. X Didn't receive the compensation I was told I would get for the missed deliverys X Contacted Erin day of delivery about this. Was told it would be fixed, and someone would contact me. Someone did and said they were going to come, still waiting. X Received an email from someone responded to it and no reply. X 2 months later receive a box of parts in the mail, no communication. Call Erin she says a manager will contact me as I requested, still waiting for this call. I enjoy the spa, however when I spend that kind of money on a new All season pool. I expect it not to have dents, scratches, leaks, rips. A purchase of this significance should be a positive experience but it has been a nightmare. Edit: First thing, I signed for a brand new fully functioning swim spa, is that what I received? They sent a tech to complete the repairs called at 9am said they would be there in an hour or so, 4:30pm they show up fix the diverter do nothing about the dents and scratches because it was too dark. They also pointed out another break in the shell caused by them tightening a screw to much. They also confirmed the tub has been leaking from the bottom since delivery and that it was not an "easy repair" that the person that responded to my last post rudely claimed I should do on my Brand New Swim Spa that has been broken since day one!!! I receive an email today and they are asking me to send pictures again that were sent to the sales rep day of delivery. I was understanding for the first few months of this incompetence but enough is enough. Send your best tech here and make it right it it is a 2.5 hour drive from Barrie!!! Everyone was so nice until they delivered me this broken machine and took my money, now it's my problem that I have a $55k broken tub. Still haven't been contacted by a manager. Edit: 6 months later, a year since I initially bought the tub. I am still waiting for the repairs, still have a ripped cover and a dented scratched tub that I paid full price for.

image My husband and I have been very impressed with the Spa and Wellness Jacuzzi store in Barrie. We walked in, shopping for a new hot tub and The sales person was Kevin and he did not disappoint. We were replacing our hot tub at our cottage and Kevin was very helpful answering all our questions, giving us a good price. We had planned on shopping around. We had already visited other stores with different brands. We were happy with price, service, delivery and follow up, to make sure we were happy with our purchase after delivery. In a day and age with hardly any companies offering service, Jacuzzi is so pleasantly the exception!! I would highly recommend both The Wellness Store in Barrie and the very reputable Jacuzzi Brand.
