The hot tub cover I purchased in 10x better than the version I received with the spa originally, and any others I purchased in the past. This product is high quality, perfect fit, and well designed for the crazy winter weather we have in Montreal, Canada. Replaced our Hot Springs hot tub cover with their product last month. Fit and finish is good. Took a little longer than expected to receive but the quality is very good. Definitely more insulation than the OEM cover. Time will tell how long this lasts but it looks good. Unfortunately they put the straps in the wrong spot confirmed with our submission that we requested them in the corners. Regardless, we are happy with the decision to go with this replacement, even if it looks funny with straps hanging out over the steps for no reason. What are we going to do, ship it back? 4 stars.
