        Waited in line for 10 minutes plus with 3 ppl in front of me 2 behind me.client with teller took a long time no other employee came to help with the line up. Manager came to the teller to add a code for customer being helped and went back to her office. Didnt care about the line up 2 people left after more than 10 min wait I was the third went to smithville bank and helped instantly

        Absolute nightmare of a bank...stay as far away as possible...garbage service...last half dozen managers in the past few years are un-qualified brain dead cibc muppets

        I went to this branch (Beamsville) on Nov 1 to withdraw money from my account and obtain US money in cash. A very simple and common transaction with any bank. The teller made an error in processing this. In correcting it the next day I was informed the exchange rate changed and now I am "UNFORTUNATELY" out of pocket $130.08 due to their error.. . I find it "unfortunate" that CIBC is not responsible for errors and negligence on behalf of their staff. I find it "unfortunate" that CIBC believes this is ethical and legal I find it "unfortunate" that they have such little regard for their clients. I find it incredibly "unfortunate" that I am trusting and relying on CIBC for my banking needs. Lastly, I find in "unfortunate" that I cannot review their services below 1 star
