Beamsville Medical Centre

This Centre is by far the most professional, kind and caring practice I have ever been to. All the receptionists are kind and have a great sense of humor, Doctor Woodland is fantastic and he goes above and beyond for all his clients, he is an excellent role model for all. Even on the busiest days ex. after a long weekend they are pleasant and have lots of patience!! Thank you to the Beamsville Medical Staff.

I have never been so upset with the way I was treated from an older lady named Trudy at the business office at Beamsville medical clinic! If this is the way everyone gets treated from this woman I would hope that the clinic would let her go before they lose all their business. Snapped at me , close to lunch!!I wouldnt recommend anyone going to this clinic!

Front office staff often rude and every single time it's at least 10 minutes on hold until they answer you. Also ever since "COVID" they have this wellness clinic in the basement and every single issue pretty much they say "okay you have to go down to the wellness clinic" and it books up so quickly and they only take same day appointments so my kids never get the care they need because I can never book in an appointment. Any runny nose/headaches/stomach issues/eye issues/sinus issues, literally anything you have to go to the wellness clinic as if you're some kind of threat to others so you can't be upstairs in the normal doctor's office. It's ridiculous. Those are the things that we go to see the doctor for so we pretty much never get to see our doctor anymore. I feel this is neglect and a very poor way of running the system. My kids aren't getting the care they need and sometimes it could take up to days till I finally get in (if I remember to call back every single morning right at 8:30 which as a busy parent it's hard to always have to have that in the back of your mind). I just want to be able to call once and get an appointment instead of always having to be told "we're full. Call back again tomorrow". This doctor's office has gone so downhill and I am currently looking for a new place to go that will actually treat their patients and see them when they need to be seen and not keep me waiting and having to call back every day. It's too bad because I do like my doctor (when I do get to see her).

Dr MacEwan is the best doctor I've ever had. Even most doctor's here are great. Calling to make an appointment is another story, receptionist are indeed rude at times and avoid Dr. Crummey I don't think he should be at this location with the other great doctors.
