Horrible they do not answer the phone because apparently Covid is just an excuse to do absolutely nothing for the patients I have called multiple times needing to speak with my dr and have been left on hold for over 10 to 20 mins and end up in hospital because they couldnt be bothered to help or answer their phones before the patient gets sicker and needs actual emergency care they have zero for people and patients like to know they can trust the dr to actually be available and have decent secretaries I will be talking to legal help and Niagara health to see what can be done about getting rid of the receptionist who does absolutely nothing

I've been with the clinic since Dr. Zeyl in Grimsby. Dr. Zeyl and all the doctors since have been wonderful, particularly Dr. Biscotti. I haven't met my new doctor in person but she seems quite thorough on the phone. Unfortunately, she's leaving in June but I'm sure the clinic will offer the services of another wonderful doctor.

I love my doctor and the staff.. but in order to get a hold of them you must call 15 times and wait on hold for hours. But every-time Im in the office I see people ignoring the phones. Thats my only complaint but its so frustrating!

Reception has gone downhill over the years..the girls are not very friendly, but just saw a job posting for a medical receptionist here paying 16/hr so what do you expect? Pay a living wage, come on.

Honest to god this place is awful. Dont try to book a vaccine for your kids, they book you out by three months.
