Molson Coors Light Bottles 12 pack purchased at Bramalea City Centre - Tampering?The box had its perforated top slightly opened but the staff at the checkout said it would be fine. At home I removed a couple bottles and they were fine. However, on November 26 I had removed another bottle from the box and I was very lucky not to be receiving stitches at the hospital! A bottle had the lower section broken off with jagged edges on the glass sides! Tried to call but no one answers at the Bramalea City Centre store Beer Store. Finally, Rich, the manager answered and said that he didn't know what I wanted, but said that ... "I can do nothing for you"!!! He told me to call 1-800-Molsons. No one answers at Molsons. The telephone extension for Frederic Landtmeters, president of Molson Coors, conveniently stated 'system error' when I attempted to leave a message through the Molson phone directory menu. Is this what consumers deserve? Where is your quality control? Do I need to open and check each bottle? When I enquired at the Brampton Beer Store North Park location, I was told this is what we would need to do for the store to assist. Another customer heard this comment and agreed that this is a ludicrous expectation and terrible customer service. Should we all stand at the cash and check each bottle?! Will this only get your attention if we have Global Television's Sean O'Shea call you? Mr Ted Moroz ... waiting for your reply after having left a telephone message. Customer complaint department was finally reached Nov 28 with the comment that she had no knowledge of customer resolutions!
