        One of your pick up trucks almost hit me this morning on the 403 in Mississauga at 7:20 AM (dec 14/22). They didnt check to their Blindspot I had to avoid them.

        We purchased a house built by Rafat Homes. Unfortunately the workmanship and quality of work have been poor. Lots of issues everywhere. The AC/Heating System installed in a brand new home is a salvaged unit from 2008, which was installed incorrectly and because of that failed very quickly and had to be replaced. Grouts are cracking and coming out everywhere. The floors are squeaky and not stained properly. Poor installation of most items (hardwood flooring, staircase side glass, kitchen cabinets hardware, driveway interlocks). All door knobs had to be replaced as they were very poor quality. Cheapest vanity and toilets installed. The list doesn't end. I would stay away from this builder.
