We unfortunately had to sell our Muskoka dream home after 18 years living of there . but we needed to be closer to a family member with health issues. It was a very stressful time. We chose Peryle Keye to represent us after reading so many positive reviews endorsements, and we are so glad we did! The service Melissa and the whole team provided truly went ABOVE and BEYOND anything we had expected or experienced before. Della and the staging team showcased the house beautifully, while never losing the personality and charm that made it our home. Melissa and Hana are extremely knowledge not only about the market, but the individual codes, bylaws, and nuances that differ from town to town in the district that come with Muskoka life (e.g. septic system codes) that they were able to predict and account for before the listing went up so that there were no surprises for us or potential buyers. They understood that finding the right family for our home was very important to us, which they accomplished perfectly. Karen and Joline were consummate professionals and the administrative and financial aspects of the sale went smoothly. Its impossible relay in this review just how happy we are with the service Peryle Keye provided, but it really comes down to this - Melissa and the team sold our home very quickly, to the perfect family, and for a price we are very happy with. The Peryle Keye Team are an amazing bunch. There are many professional brokers in Muskoka but what sets the PK team apart is the service and attention to details. My husband John and I were fortunate to have Melissa Bradbury and the Peryle Keye Real Estate team represent us when searching for a home last summer.
