We listed our house with Dave a couple of months ago. He and Lee Ann Brookes were wonderful to work with! They were so helpful, friendly and professional that the whole process flowed smoothly and efficiently. We loved that house and it was wonderful to see it so beautifully displayed in the listing they created. Even though the market had settled down by the time we listed, our house still sold in under a week for well over asking price. We have now worked with Dave as buyers and as sellers and wouldnt hesitate for a moment to work with him again!
