Pathetic service I had Cibc cheq under May name from my Contractor and I have business account in CIBc but they were saying cheq has go on hold for 4 business day its made me furious dont bank with cibc never ever aging the only person who was working hard young dude I believe last name was Arora

The worst branch you can ever be at. 30-40 minutes of wait times are normal just to see a teller.

Today I went to CIBC located at airport and Bovaird. I attended by girl name Sudeep. She didnt say hi , hello , nothing. She was just judging me . She took my debit and asked the problem. I told her very clearly , I am doing online banking , by mistake I put 5000 from my credit line to visa . Then again I tried to transfer from visa to credit line . Again I did that mistake , instead of withdrawing I put again 4500 to my visa . Then I called visa customer care , they solved the issue . Then I noticed they again withdraw 9000 from account then again I transferred. After a week they again withdraw 9000. I again transferred. Then I decided to go to bank , I told that lady may be I did any mistake . Even I told her in Punjabi. She didnt listen properly, went to Manager room .she came back and spoke loudly and yelled, you are doing this , I answered, yes I am doing online banking from years , I am here to solve the problem, why it is happening. Then I show my phone to her , she checked ,she told me I set up recurring payment, then she changed that setting. so thankfull for her . I didnt even check that setting. But I am very disappointed from her behaviour, she was telling me very rudely as I did a fraud something. Her tone so egotistical as she knows everything only . My suggestion is , please train your staff properly, let her know :listen the customer carefully first then give them solutions, not argue with customers . We just come to your bank for solutions, I had an appointment with you guys regarding opening new accounts. But I am going to cancel this , I am also closing my account from your bank , going to TD . . Even I didnt say anything to that girl, she was continuously blaming me you did that , yes I knew that I did that . She was not supposed to argu , I dont know what she wants to find , without listening, she went to Manager, waste her time , if she listened me carefully, she didnt need to to manager , she could save her time and other customers as well . I dont know what she wants to clarify, she is very unprofessional and ridiculous. She just concentrate on others mistakes, doesnt work on problems, my issue was not big , I wonder , how she react on major issue . Your staff needs to work on problems solving , please dont train them for arguing otherwise you gonna loose your valuable customers . Thanks Charanjit
