By far the worst location of TD anytime you go there's a long lineup of people and it's not the bank is understaffed they'll only have upto 3 people working and 5-6 employees roaming like LOST SHEEP which makes you more frustrated as a customer average waiting to see a teller is anywhere between 15-20 mins if you are lucky.They moved to a more fancy location but customer service is same old slow and bad.

Terrible mistake by TD to close down the Business Branch by Orenda. This is the worst run TD branch I have been too. My business has been with TD for 8 years and since they opened this location all my cheques get put on hold, its so bad I've had them put a certified bank draft on hold. Today I went in to deposit a cheque, the teller asked me if I would like him to certify it for free, I waited 5 mins and even after they spoke with the cheque issuer they came back to me and said they cant certify it because the issuer has never signed a cheque before. WHAT? didn't you just call them and confirm the information via the number you had on your own file? While I'm discussing very politely with the teller, the manager CLAUDIA comes and says "We dont need to tell you anything". Really that's the level of customer service you want to provide. We are closing our business account and moving over to RBC. This specific location is so poorly designed, you walk in and have to walk to the end of the bank to turn into the line, If you want to meet with someone they do it in the open so everyone can hear your business.
