        Everyday I come here it takes forever to do something. Only 1 or 2 counters are open and a huge queue is always formed . People leave in between . The overall reviews tell it all .

        Zero customer service, they dont even know what they are doing. Manager said that they will call back but its already been 2 weeks and there is no response yet. This branch and the whole bunch of people are there just to waste your time.

        My experience at the branch was really good. The bank went an extra step to provide financial solutions and helped each individual with respect which cannot be seen everywhere. Special thanks to Mandeep Atwal who calmly attended every client and cleared their doubts with uttermost patience and to Amrit Singh who gave excellent advice on how to smartly allocate our funds.
