        Went in on March 31st to meet with bank rep on a pre planned appointment about an investment account. All went well then we discussed my current mortgage, she said she would call me back once she has an approved rate. Since then I have emailed twice to follow up but as of April 20th I have received no response or promised call back. At least someone should monitor the emails and reps should be properly trained to follow up with clients. It left a bad experience.

        Hasnain Mir was so helpful getting my sister her first credit card. He was able to answer every question we had and made it a wonderful experience. 10/10 would recommend to come again!
