CIBC Branch with ATM

Recent renovation, branch looks better. Always busy, they don't answer the phone no matter what time you call or how many times you call.

Without a doubt this is the worst branch of a bank you can go to. Theres no comparison, this is the last place you want to be banking at. Only 1-2 tellers at any given time. Up to 20 people waiting in line, yet no additional tellers are available. Employees themselves have difficulty comprehending basic banking concepts. Even basic concepts like business days are very hard to communicate to them. Theyve recently renovated the bank which would appear to be a positive. The only addition is a meeting room in the main area that really could have been used for additional support. Avoid at all costs. Go to TD at trinity commons, theyll have more than 1 person working. I genuinely feel bad for the employees working here.

Very very long wait times. Was waiting there for 25+ minutes. Only 2 tellers working.

If they only got one teller then maybe try opening a booth instead of branch! Total Waste of time

15 people waiting in the line and only one teller, who is busy with one customer for last 25 minutes.. Avoid coming here if you can. I am going to close my account today.
