        Worst service from one of the managers. Even though they were not able to help me, the asian manager didnt even try and acted as if she did not even care. Please have the managers of this branch go through customer service trains again.

        Worse customer service, called multiple times no one picks up the phone. Customer service centre told me whos availble and once I called since 9am until 2pm no response or answer. Manager doesnt answer any of her calls. Poor service with this Scotiabank location. Hire new people who care to support and grow your business Scotia
