Extremely bad customer service, she got really upset when I said her price is too expensive. She tried to charge me $120 to sew just a plain blue kurti top. When I asked for time to think about it because I thought it was too expensive, she said dont call me I wont do it now. This is ridiculous customer service everyone is entitled to time to think about it. I could honestly get a full suit made for less than $120

DO NOT SHOP HERE! If I could give 0 stars I would give 0. Absolutely horrible service. I paid $700 for an outfit with my measurements taken to have it stitched. I had no shoes on when the measurements were taken and the pants were at my ankles. The shop owner blamed me and said it was my fault when she took my measurements. Told me to bring her material so I spent an extra $100 on top of the $700 to have a proper Sharara stitched. Told me she would stitch it immediatel, I went almost 1.5 months later and it was not stitched. Told me to come back the day after Diwali. It is now one week since Diwali, she has not answered my calls, her shop is closed for 'renovations' and I have no way of getting in touch with her. Now with my brothers wedding 1 week away, she is not answering my calls, refuses to return my calls or answer the messages I have left on her voicemail. I have gone to the shop numerous times. The shop next door told me they are in the country and come every single day. Absolutely unacceptable customer service and management.

me and my sister visit here first time we have really great expereience they have really good stuff in punjabi suit's and dresses as well the lady work there she is really nice and humble , at the end we have a really great experience with her
