Zero customer service.employees should Stop making faces when they cant understand order simply. The chicken soup was expired.

Ordered a bottle of sprite and cup of ice in transparent cup and asked them its ok for me to charge for the cup as well. Refused to do that and told me that HEAD QUARTERS ordered us not to do so and i am an assistant manager on tim hortans as well and I never heard of that. Rude customer service and no etiquette to talk to the customer.

Ordered a wrap and waited for almost 40-50 minutes but didnt get it worst service ever. We neither got wrap nor refund and we got fed up of waiting for so long and walked out of tim

This has to be the worst tim hortons I have ever been to. There super slow, there always out of something, there donuts are dry with no icing and they get your order wrong all the time. I hate that its now the closest one to me. I miss my old tims.

"Worse of the worse"service.. I went drive through was big line up took over 10 mint however order the breakfast with egg and cheese on English muffin.. reach to the window i confirm my order the server told me yes this your order! I didn't believe her I check in my sandwich no Egg at all she just put the butter and that's it!!!!!! I showed the server she like i don't know i didn't make the order ( but she confirmed this the order) What big job they have to do. Again holding the line. Miss the coffee so I went in for coffee extremely rude staff I ask her she latterly had extremely bad attitude telling me go other side for debit this is cash only.. I like no issue I pay cash.. this lady no acknowledgement I am calling she just walked away from me when I raise my voice can you acknowledged me she said I am busy... same rude attitude I just had worse experience at drive through I ask for manager she said Manager is not working again she is not acknowledging me when I ask for supervisor one girl came i ask her also she said manager is not working while I was explaining her manager was there in blue shirt I told supervisor there is a manager why other women telling me manager is not working .. when I got the manager she was on other level, I ask for three coffee's and paid when I said its looks expensive she confirmed me three coffee's but add ice tea charged me for 4th when I asked this is not my order she confirmed it was mine when I confirmed yes again by mistake they mix the order (epic) I need to speak speak to regional management or head office only if they care
