very rude and bad way of doing business. went to this location drive thru and at the second window she make it look like she scanned my tim rewards card in which i had 1 free iced coffee but she didn't which i suspected and after paying i asked for total which your staff did not disclose and then i asked for the receipt to see the total which she refused. after i came home i checked my tim card point history and card was never scanned.

Not recommended at all. Super rude behaviour by Simar may be manager. Not sure but they dont know how to behave with customers. Tim horton please educate these people.
