These guys are great at explaining/understanding and providing better solutions. He could have easily ripped my pocket, but he didn't do it. He totally understands the problem in my electric panel and explained to me how best things can be done. Thank you so much for your service.

Had a bunch of electrical work done on the house that had 20+ year old whack electrical that needed a lot of fixing, guys were easy to work with and did everything neat and timely. Would highly recommend them!

I have flickering lights and my appliances not working properly. Beforehand I had other electricians and companies come and they said I HAVE TO CHANGE THE PANEL, so I started to compare prices. I sent a request through the JMC website for a quote and I received an email reply with an appointment date from the options I previously provided. Before the appointment, I received an Automated Reminder with the date, time and a link to Confirm that let me know that JOE will attend and even included a picture of him. WHO DOES THAT !!!?!?!?!?!? I was IMPRESSED !!!! I loved the professionalism, the SAFETY, HONESTY and TRUST that was immediately built with this 5 STAR SERVICE !!! The consultation hadnt even started yet ! Without all the details, he reviewed the situation, explained to me how the panel works in general, showed me the difference of the aluminum cables vs. copper ones, etc. and he agreed that it would be a good idea to Change the Panel down the road, for a newer and safer version. However, and I mean HOWEVER, he said to call my electricity provider first- Alectra. He kindly replaced some spare fuses I had and some lights came up immediately. The washer also started to work again and to put a cherry on top, he actually helped me to find the phone number I needed to call ! He didnt charge me a PENNY, NO COST at all for the quote visit. I asked again as he resolved some issues on the spot and he confirmed once more that they dont charge for this visit. They will send me an email with the quote for the Panel Replacement. As soon as he left, I called JMC to thank them and express how IMPRESSED I was with the service. Debbie confirmed once more they are a Family based business that has been around for so many years and that they DO THE RIGHT THING, OR THEY DONT DO IT !!! She actually said they have Financing options available if needed by the time Im ready to replace the panel. Both were EXTREMELY helpful, professional, understanding and patient. You know what the end of the story is? I called Alectra, they came and identified the main problem is OUTSIDE MY HOUSE !!!!! Joe was the ONLY ONE with the expertise and honesty that knew that changing the panel is recommended, but IT WAS NOT THE ISSUE !!! GOD BLESS YOU GUYS !!!! And guess who I will be calling when Changing the Panel? OR for whatever electrical situation comes up? JMC Electric LTD !!!!! Service: Electrical inspections
