I called this company and I spoke to Steve, explained my situation. He sent one of his guys and when I was showing him that my washer/dryer combo that I just bought is not working as there is no power, in no time he figured out what it was and worked on my panel and connected the wires that were disconnected by previous contractor for no reason and left disconnected. He looked into other little things and was very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely use this company for future business. They made my nightmare go away and fixed my electrical issue so fast. Thank you. And Im going to be calling you soon to do some upgrades in my electrical. We had a weird problem when we updated our light switches and sockets. No less than 3 people looked at it for days. We tried calling for electricians but Big Guy was the only one who could come on the day. And, well, the problem was fixed within an hour and he didn't even charge anything over and above his charge for the visit. He was also pleasant and was good at explaining what the problem was. Well, I've dealt with different trades people lots. But my experience with Big Guy was top notch and they go on my permanent contact list!
