Rakesh was very pleasant to deal with and quite knowledgeable. Purchased some furniture and umbrella for pool area. Ample furniture and ideas. Thank you Then came delivery They showed up at 9;00p.m Put everything in the garage and a week later showed up for assembly. Couldn't use my garage and kept my car outside. I was concerned about the drivers because I live in the country and it was pitch black. The following Friday, they came to set up the parasol umbrella. When they arrived, they started unloading another customers order. They missed a delivery When I pointed this out, they put the furniture back on the truck There were two men The driver was quite rude and in a hurry. They carried my umbrella and two Carlos swivel chair from the garage to the back deck. The second driver was quite nice and started assembly of the chairs. First driver said I didn't pay for assembly and told the second driver not to touch them I contacted the store as I paid $300 for delivery and setup. I was told driver was being difficult and could have done it Second driver tried again and first driver yelled at him. At no time were we told there was an extra charge for assembly of chairs Driver said they should have done that at the warehouse. It wasn't his job and he didn't know how to do it No customer service what so ever when it came to delivery Just lies when it came to delivery

Amazing customer service! I ordered a lot of items to use at my wedding and they special ordered everything in for me. The prices were fantastic and the quality was great! Will be shopping here again
