I highlight recommend Sharp Shapes Health! Both Kirandeep and Carlos provided excellent massages that left me feeling great both mentally and physically. The entire team, especially Zoheb was very knowledgeable and helped me recover a tailbone injury. Overall, a great experience & the access to Quick Fitness is a bonus!

I have the pleasure with working with Gaston as my PTA. He is incredible! My mobility and flexibility has never been this good in my entire life. My regular workouts have improved so much because of him, even my day to day life has also improved. I would recommend working with Gaston if you have the opportunity!

Well spaced workout machines for ease of use. Not cramped as other gyms.

I feel like Sharp Shapes is my second home. I am here every 10 days for a massage with either Carlos or Kirandeep. Both great people and always make me leave relaxed and recovered.

This time last year I was barely able to walk straight. Was suffering in both legs and right shoulder. After careful treatments and exercises at sharp shapes, Ive been able to go back to normal activities and work duties. Im forever grateful of Zoheb, Thu and Nadeem. Without their help I wouldnt be where I am today. Thank you sharp shapes for everything.
