This was the worst experience of my life!! I went online to place an order and i had to try 3 times and it still wouldnt accept my order. I called the girl was rude and told me to come in and order. I went there and explained what happened to the guy working and he told me i must have done something wrong because their online ordering is working fine. The only bread they had was white and whole wheat, i had to tell him 3 times thatbi wanted lots of pickles, the debit machine wasn't working properly and to top it off, they had no bags so he handed me my subs to carry out. I told him i would never be back and he said," i can understand that." HE didnt offer me anything for my troubles, not even an apology!!!!

This Subway has become a very reliable and very safe dinner or lunch stop for my 3 kids and wife. The food is always fresh, and there are very few complaints. I still refuse to tip for fast food service and it annoys me that the system they use defaults to 15% unless you state otherwise. That's the minus 1 star.
