Sherry in the beauty department has really bad customer service skills. I was just browsing the ailes and she spoke to me twice in a rude condescending manner. I have shopped at this location many times and I will not be returning. Judging by how many bad reviews there are regarding this specific individual, youd think something would be done by now.

Sherry, the beauty manager, was so rude. Rather than providing advice, she told me what to buy. When I didnt purchase her choices she was condescending and unkind. Really unpleasant. She also said I was required to purchase beauty products from the cosmetics cash, which is false (she gets commission if purchased from there, and doesnt if its purchased at the regular cash).

Appalling, horrible managers and costumer service. Manager "Brenda" gave cashier an unnecessary amount of trouble with a condescending attitude after they put an item in a wrong place.

Manager "Heather" has a horrible attitude. She was unnecessarily rude when asked to help find an isle, and then snapped at cashier for ''standing around'' while they were seemingly helping a costumer.

Poor service in pharmacy. For 4 yrs I have called to refill the same prescriptions that are due every 14 days & every time its time to refill the prescription there is always a problem. I call at 8 am & I have to call a couple times on that day to make sure theres no problem & to make sure it gets delivered. The pharmaceutical team do not seem to care. I have complained many times about this issue & nothing seems to be done about it. You dont not treat your customers in this manner its unprofessional
