I have been going to Appleby Wellness Centre for the past few months due to my poor posture that resulted in muscle tensions throughout my body. I went today again and Raymond has been very attentive and came up with a customized treatment plan. The condition has been getting better after every treatment. Highly recommended!

Annie is very helpful and kind. She explains everything. She helped me 6yrs ago with acupuncture. The clinic itself is very clean and organized. I highly recommend this place.

I had the pleasure of visiting Appleby Wellness Centre for my lower back pain, and I couldn't be more impressed with the care I received. Annie, the acupuncture specialist, and Raymond, the osteopathy and massage therapist, went above and beyond to help me feel better. I was really impressed with Annie's mastery of both acupuncture and cupping. She was able to tailor the treatment to my specific needs and create a plan that would provide the most relief. I felt incredibly relaxed and comfortable during the session, and the results spoke for themselves. My lower back pain was significantly reduced, and I was able to move more freely and comfortably. Raymond was equally fantastic. He worked wonders on my tight muscles, and he was able to adjust my spine in a way that gave me immediate relief. I appreciated how knowledgeable he was and the care he took to make sure I was comfortable during the entire session. I highly recommend Appleby Wellness Centre to anyone in need of acupuncture or chiropractic care. Annie and Raymond are truly top-notch practitioners who are dedicated to helping their patients feel their best.
