The Poppy Clinic

I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Daiana. I was not sure of what to expect because this was my first experience working with a Naturopath. I can tell you that it has been life changing for me. Dr. Daiana took the (lengthy) time to listen to all my health concerns and come up with a plan that addresses each one. Her sensitivity, empathy and knowledge was very evident. I would highly recommend her and the Poppy Clinic to anyone!

I have been a patient of the Poppy Clinic since they opened and have always had a positive experience with the practitioners there. The clinic and Dr Michelle Peris have been instrumental in providing me the knowledge and resources I needed through two pregnancies and post-natal care allowing me to be proactive about my health. More recently I have been introduced to Dr. Afrousheh Amini and her acupuncture care! The clinic has become my one stop shop for Naturopathic services, Acupuncture, IV therapy, and community programs. Grateful for clinic and the practitioners there!

I attended the Poppy Clinic initially meeting with Dr. Lisa who was wonderful, she also ran a meditation session that was amazing. Based on this positive experience I signed up for the Rebel Tribe but overall found it a disappointing experience. It was marketed as an intimate gathering, however the session was jammed pack (I think 22-25 women in small space) and I understand they wanted to make $ with this program, however by the time everyone attending had an opportunity to share on whichever topic/theme it was, there was minimal time for the actual educational component and it was very rushed, every single week it ran over and was very hurried in the delivery. Covid hit and it became a virtual session. At this point I'd requested the presentation materials from the earlier sessions be sent for refence as each week everything was so rushed and was told that wasn't possible. I thought this was a reasonable request and after various emails was told "No" and that "boundaries had been set". Overall a disappointing experience which began well, but ended so poorly.

Daiana Castleman is personable, compassionate and was efficient at getting to the root of our symptoms. She was able to help us improve the lifestyle of our daughter's with a natural/organic approach. We saw improvements immediately. We highly recommend Daiana.
