My husband and I had a great time choosing various teas. Staff was friendly and patient as we worked through our choices. And the price wasn't shocking. We'll be going back.

I just started getting into tea and was a little nervous and unsure about what teas to get and how to order them. Maggie was very helpful and friendly through the whole process and at the end I got all the teas i wanted, gained a little more knowledge about them, and felt like I had made a new friend. The tea itself is great! Will be buying from here again, thanks!!

I had a wonderful experience shopping at this T.Kettle location! The gentleman working there was kind, helpful and attentive to our needs. The staff definitely know their product and eagar to help customers. He recommended his favorite tea - Lapsang black tea. It has a interesting aroma and also gave a helpful tip to make a "hot toddy" with this tea. My partner is very much looking forward to trying it! Thanks so much for a excellent customer service and awesome tea
