I only gave one star because they didnt have a half a star. Did a few projects with them as a subcontractor. Just make sure they dont let them grind you down in the beginning of the project and make you try to commit to it as they are pros at that. Make sure you really read the fine print in the contracts, as I dont know, one contractor thats ever finished successfully without some kind of hold back money being taken from them at the end. They still owe me 1.4 million and theyve managed to drag it out in court for 3 1/half years. Recently the site went bankrupt that we actually did the project on and wasnt even told it did by their lawyers. They negotiated a deal for final pay for them but we did not receive our hold back. thought I could call the CEO trying to make a deal with them but I see where the company gets values from goes right down to the project manager on site so in the end, youre basically screwed. Just be careful and make sure you have a good contracts team to review the contract. These days there is lots of work so you can choose who to work for and there is many Generals out there now that will work with you so you all succeed not just all for themselves and screw the little guy.
