The worst company I have deal with we bought water softener from them in 2022 last year in may it was broken in October and util today 2023 we are in February and still we can't got any answer from the company to change the softener or fix it for us.. I don't recommend the company at all ..

I purchased a water softener through one of your dealers. Air enters system during regeneration. Has done this since installation. Your dealer has replaced parts and it still does it. Your dealer complains he has to jump through hoops and follow a long procedure to be able to claim warranty. He has been here 3 times already and not fixed. The situation is terrible. He can't replace the unit and I am stuck with a defective water softener. Dont buy one of these units, the quality is no good and being able to get parts or replacement of the defective unit is impossible. The dealer is trying but canature warranty procedure is the problem! Neal

Hi, I am an industrial chemist, I worked for 18 years in a similar company abroad, it is really when a person need to complain he should do that when he was inside the view not outside. Some people just like to criticise, but when you put them in the same position they do nothing. I would love to apply for a job in this company when it is available.

Worked here for a year. Great people but management is terrible. If you're looking for money, look elsewhere. Most products come from China and are floor loaded containers that you must handbomb off the truck. No overtime and they're constantly micro managing people for peanuts! Just an opinion but stay away

The products speak for themselves, plus client care is always there to help with support including onsite trouble in every situation. The equiptment is quality stuff and its what ive come to be comfortable with in every aspect with experience dealing with lots of different brands.
