We bought a water heater and plumbing protection 2 years ago - we had an issue with the water heater a few months ago and although they came to fix it quickly they left it dripping and weve had a bucket under it for months - they said theyd return to fix it but havent. Fast forward to 1.5 weeks ago - we now have a clogged kitchen sink and cant use it and weve tried calling them over 20 times and have left that many messages and no one has returned our calls to fix the issue - weve been paying plumbing protection for over 2 years and this is the first time weve called them with an issue - we feel cheated as we are paying for a service which they are not providing - this company has been horrible and I would recommend you stay away from them
