Gillanders Heating was highly recommended to us by a friend and they did not disappoint. Had seasonal checkup and maintenance done on fireplace and furnace. Both technicians, Bill and Vince, were excellent! Very prompt, thorough, and professional. They were happy to answer any questions I had. Explained their final assessment findings. They made helpful recommendations without being pushy. Overall its been a great pleasure dealing with the Gillanders Heating team. Called and received same day service, that was a surprise, I figured I would have to wait considering its that time of year. I was excited to at the prompt service and was given a narrow time if day so I didnt have to wait at home all day. Dale serviced the system and was a professional. He explained in general terms (so I could understand) what was wrong and what he did to repair. He explained the cost and talked about a maintenance program. Overall a good experience.
