I can tell these folks have a passion for what they do. For an event at Chatham on Apr 29 2023 , the event organizers booked a set of stages and gave a credit card info and it was not delivered. Very very disappointing. The show went on without a stage. Hope nothing serious has happened to the families of Tony musicals. Bad experience. I have NO option to do a review with NO STAR, so gave one star.

I have worked with these guys for what feels like forever and every experience has been above and beyond. Their service is incredible, their equipment top notch and prices suoer reasonable! I would suggest them without hesitation!

They had a guitar (Prs 277 baritone) on reverb that I was interested in but was not 100% sure about, So I took a drive to Chatham to look at it, have to say, I'm glad I did. I didn't like the neck on the Prs 277 not my style. They had a good selection of PRS's and I ended up buying a Prs SE custom 24 7 string, beautiful guitar and alot of fun to play. The guy who help was nice and friendly. It's a nice little shop will definitely be back.
