        I texted them three (3) times with a specific question about a pickup they had listed on their website. Each reply promised a "I'll check and get back to you", "On my way in to the store, will respond in 10 minutes". Never heard back from them. Terrible customer service. I mean, if you can't even bother providing a simple response with product information to a customer, why would you ever buy an instrument of larger purchase from them? Found th pickup at another shop who answered my technical question immediately. Don't risk dealing with these guy's, go to a reputable music shop.
